How do I check my order status?

When the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us phalandemaia@gmail.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping worldwide! The customer pays custom dues.

How can I cancel my order?

Once the order is processed we cannot cancel it. If you need to update a mailing address or alert us of an order issue please email phalandemaia@gmail.com.

What is your return policy?

We do not process returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please email photos to phalandemaia@gmail.com so that we can assist you with an exchange or instruct you to file a claim with the carrier.

What if my package is stolen or lost?

Notify the carrier and file a claim because once the item is marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

Can I order a custom art piece?

Yes! We have availability to accept commissioned pieces, please email phalandemaia@gmail.com and we can explore how to capture your vision.
